Goto SiteMinder Bin folder <Siteminder_Home>/bin and run SmWalker

[test@***.***.*** bin]# SmWalker

All the configuration settings options have been deprecated.
Also please do not generate SmWalker.cfg file, it also has been deprecated.
All the configuration settings should be put in the SmWalker.dat file.
