  • 1.  CA TDoD test match job is taking more time.

    CA TDoD is taking more time for test match job type. How to debug and resolve this. Usually it used to take 2 min earlier but now it is take more than 10 min. 

     

    what i am missing?.

        Do you have some more details on the issue:

     

    1    What version of TDM are you using? 

    2   Are you running the test match from data maker or through the Portal?

    3   Is this TDOD or Find and Reserve?

    Thanks for the quick response,

     

         I would start by checking the tdmweb.log file in this location C:\ProgramData\CA\CA Test Data Manager Portal\logs and review the entries when you submit the request in the portal.
