  • 1.  Portfolio Item Copy errors on User Stories with Tags

    The Portfolio Item Copy app has been extremely helpful! Unfortunately, User Stories with Tags now result in the following error which reduces its value immensely.

     

    Create Error when copying ORM - Downstream Feeds/Reports:
    Error setting value for field [ Tags ]: Cannot connect object to value, Tags value is in a different workspace. [object workspace OID=18685386874, value workspace OID=60629354403

     

    I found KB000096877 which offers a workaround to resolve a similar error in this app for the Flow State field. Is it possible for this custom html to be enhanced to resolve the Tags error as well?

    Hi Stephen;

     

    I am unable to reproduce this issue.  Unfortunately this is a 'community' app that is vetted by Rally - Broadcom but supported only here in the community.  I have not located any similar error in our case repository.  The custom HTML you reference is for On-Premise use only.
