    Hi, 

    We have CA Service Desk 11.2 in our production server. We are in the process of upgrading to 14.1. 

    We have CA Service Desk 11.2 on WIN SERVER 2003 and MSSQL 2005. 

    On 11.2 (test swing box server) after database and app restore, when we open WSP Schema Designer we get a message "Schema changes have been partially published" and need to publish before making changes but even after pdm_publish we get the same message "Schema changes have been partially published". We think this is causing an issue while migrating to 12.7 or 14.1 as the upgrade fails at migration stage.

    Any suggestion would help us as there are conflicting views from CA Support on whether they support the upgrade to 17.1 - 14.1 - 11.2.
