I'm just trying to figure out if we're experiencing something odd. We have upgraded a couple of test environments to v9.3 and can't get our Windows Remote Agents to work with 32-bit Java (this after all the various workarounds). We installed 64-bit Java and the Windows Remote Agents work. I've glanced through documentation and don't see where 64-bit is required, but I may just be blind. My question is: Is 64-bit Java required for Windows remote agents?

Hi Barry,

I haven't looked through the documentation, yet.  But it is on the Compatibility Matrix page when you look up Applications Manager  9.3.0.  In the right-hand column it states that Applications Manager requires 64-bit Java.
