Hello CA Engineers,

Our platform is running on R12.52 and we have a requirement to set up sso with Siebel IP 18.12. With the CA Support case it is concluded that not possible in R12.52. But we have plans to upgrade to R 12.80 but that would take a year of time. Mean while I would need possibilities in R12.52 to set up sso with Siebel IP 18. Also can you please confirm in 12.8 Siebel IP 18 is supportable? please share ERP agents support matrix for 12.8

This is the latest ERP Agent. 12.8 only includes the Policy Server and SSO Access Gateway.

Thanks for your response. We have a requirement to enable sso on Siebel IP 18 and we are running current platform is R12.52. As per the support matrix Siebel IP 18 is not support able on R12.52. But, we must need to enable sso on Siebel IP 18. So, please share the possible solution to enable sso on Siebel IP 18.

Product management will review and if approved add certification for Siebel IP 18 to the product roadmap. 

Unfortunately, from a support point of view, there isn't anything that we can offer.
