In Velocity Chart the Dark Green line does not show the right values. the Average calculated manually is different than what it shows in Velocity Chart.

The averages are based on the total accepted during and after the last 3, best 3 and worst 3 iterations only. The average of the total iteration stream for accepted during and accepted after are NOT part of this chart.  The dark green line through the chart is the overall trend line. 

Last 3 Iterations; (Q1.SP5, Q1.SP6, Q1.SP7)

(36+33+14 = 79)... ave.=26.33

Best 3 Iterations; (Q4.SP5, Q1.SP4, Q1.SP6)

(33+36+33 = 102)...  ave.=34

Worst 3 Iterations; (Q4.SP7, Q1.SP1, Q1.SP2)

(11+3+15=29)... ave.= 9.67

Please let us know if we are missing something vs. your interpretation.

I understand how is calculated the last, the best and the worst.

My question is how the green line is calculated - overall of accepted during and after iteration?

Unfortunately the algorithm for the green trend line is not documented.  By definition (https://docs.ca.com/en-us/ca-agile-central/saas/velocity-chart-explained) the dark green line represents the proposed velocity which is the average accepted points in the last 10 iterations. I can only assume it factors in all the points accepted within and after the each iteration.  This is a proposed trend line, one should focus on the actual accepted points for the individual iterations.  If the line has a positive slope as it shows here, that depicts a favorable velocity trend for the past 10 iterations.  I wish I could provide a definitive answer per the formula.
