Installed nimsoft on one robot and getting communication error.
Ports are opened in bidirectional from Tool to robot and robot to tool.

Receiving below error in controller log.
what do you mean by 'tool'?
controller communicates up to the hub, so robot controller communication errors are between the hub & robot.
best test is remote into robot system telnet <hub ip address>:48002
10054 is a winsock error
