Please open a case with us and upload the following:
- All logs from \CA\Catalyst\CatalystConnector\jsw\logs and CA\Catalyst\CatalystConnector\container\data\log
- Is this a new installation? Was it working? If so what has changed?
- The version of SCOM and SOI
We'll look at the log file to figure out the root cause. We may request further information and do a remote session if needed.
