CA Service Management

    Hi All,

     

    for the first time I am experiencing an issue when try to download software from Download Manager area into support site.

    Regardless size of file I got the same error: see attached.

     

    Anyone else is experiencing the same?

    PS: I was downloading CA Service Management but I guess the issue is not related to a particular software download

    I am not having any issues downloading from CA Support.

     

    Have you tried clearing your web browser cache?

    Hi Paul,

     

    I still have the issue and I am also experiencing issue on uploading files to support. Something wrong with my user rights.

    Please call the Global Service Center (1-800-CALL-CAI) to speak to a representative so they can check your user rights.
