Hi, im testing Service Point and i have found that my resolved tickets are shown on the Open tab instead of being shown on the resolved tab
Is this ok?

1. Reindex Search Server Data - Perform Initial Load and Refresh Index and Data on the Search Server - CA Service Management - 17.2 - CA Technologies Do…
2. Restart xFlow service
Check to see if issue persists
