CA Service Management

  • 1.  Integrate CABI JasperReports with CA Service Management 17.2 ... failing

    we are trying to setup internal POC for xflow/servicepoint/insight in  Development environment with 3 windows 2012 r 2 servers

    1.server1 :SDM 17.2 apps

    2.server2 : sql sever  2014  with  MDB,sugarcrm,foodmart,jasperserver DBs

    3.server3 : CABI JasperReports® Server r.6.4.3

     

    SDM 17.2 works fine since  last month.

    Deployed jasper fine. Able to log and navigate. Integrated with LDAP

    So far  following documents/pre-requisites.

    Now trying to Integrate CABI JasperReports with CA Service Management

    [in server3 ]but failing

     

     

    using default user/password for admin/jasperadmin

    install log shows

     

     

    any feedback is appreciated.

    Was JasperSoft 6.4.3 installed using the JasperSoft 17.2 ISO or by using a previous installer?

    yes it is 17.2

    From ca/broadcom download center

    Per support removed LDAP authentication for CABI JasperReports.

    Then  I don't get that error anymore .
