CA Client Automation

  • 1.  Configuration Policies outdated.

    Configuration policies are staying outdated and not updating. I've created configuration jobs for location awareness. They act like they are going to run and then just disappear from the list without changing anything.

    open a support issue set tracing to detail on the manager the ss the agent is associated with and an  agent.  redeploy the policy wait for the policy to disappear then attach all the logs to the issue.

    I uploaded the logs to the ticket with location awareness not updating as I am pretty sure this is the cause for that issue. Would you recommend opening a separate ticket instead?

    Which of these options would you like me to select? Desktop and Server management is not an option and it will not accept that manually entered.
