    Hello Team,

Is it possible to integrate Service Now with Automic Workload Automation product?

We are thinking of integrating the Service Now using AWA product. We need guidance and support from you if the AWA supports this integration.

Do let us know at the earliest.

    plan
1)User will feed migration details using pre-defined Service Catalog /Change Request for Informatica Code Migration in SPARC and submit for migration

    [OR]

User raises Catalog Task (Other request category)/ Change Request (CR)  with deployment details to migrate their objects

    2) Automic will read inputs from service request /Change request or from attached file to prepare the manifest.txt file automatically
    3) Automic will place file(s) in DROP_FOLDER
    4) Some migration will be done
5)Mark the task status as “ Awaiting user confirmation” in the Sparc ticket
    6) Send Email when the migration is completed
to the requested user and CC Platform Support Team
7)Automic will update and close the  Service request/Change request once users provides the confirmation in email after validation

I would look into the Service Now REST API reference for functions that can be done via a web-service call. We use the RA Webservice Agent to interface with Service Now.

    Hi KuntalSadhu607074,

We also have another integration with Service Now, called SCSN. Service Catalog with ServiceNow.
