A standalone Managed Service Account (sMSA) is a managed domain account that provides automatic password management.
The group Managed Service Account (gMSA) provides the same functionality within the domain but also extends that functionality over multiple servers.

It seems to me that you would still need to either run the agent service on each server as the gMSA account or you would still need an entry for each gMSA account in the EVENT table using the PASSWORD command in ESP.

You could try using the PASSWORD command in ESP to create the entry with a blank password.  If this were possible, then you may be able to use the USER statement in each WOB.

    Just a thought!
