Can we narrow the unrestricted interness access down, when using docker ?

    In the prereq. the following is stated

     

    "In the preTo build our Docker containers with our gradlew script, your machine requires unrestricted internet access to download the current libraries to support the Gradle/Docker build process. We do not support running our gradlew script on a machine that has restricted access to the internet."

     

    For security reasons we are not allowed to have unrestricted internet access, we would like to know if it is possible to narrow this down to one or 2 servers ?
