  • 1.  Search all requests in Identity Portal

    Hello

     

    I need to modify the 'my request' search in the Identity Portal to allow users to search for any requests, whether it be by requestor, target user, application, etc.

     

    I've been playing around with the access module modifying the search profile, but cannot get this to work. Any ideas?

    Are you using the Advanced Search as described here:

    Is that the search profile you are modifying?  If not, please let us know just what you did modify.  The Advanced Search appears to have most of the options you mentioned.

    As per the above techdoc - changing the scope should allow you to achieve your requirements.
