We currently have survey templates attached to different areas that send to the affected end user on close. Is there a way to get one of these surveys to send to a different recipient IE. the reported by?
Alex, if I am not mistaken, ticket surveys will send to affected end users only and you can't configure to send to some other users. Thanks _Chi

I concur with Chi_Chen.
Unless someone has developed a customization to handle this use case, the affected end user (AEU) is the only recipient that can receive SDM surveys.
