  • 1.  Webclient doesn't run, Access is denied

    Hi,

     

    I have WA installed with HA.

    All is working fine, but, I want to use the webclient and I have problems whit it.

     

    I installed the webclient in the primary server with port 8443.

     

    When I tried to login I can't use the web client, because the server stops.

     

    After install, I started the windows webclient service, after I ran the StartDE_WebServer script, 

     

    Now when I tried to connect in the browser, the java console was down.

     

    In the logs I see next messages:

     

    I change the folder security to everyone with full access but, I have the same problem.

    The firewall is down.

    I'm working in the primary server with the browser.

     

    Please I need your help,

    Hi,

     

    Can you start StartDE_WebServer as "Run as Administrator" and check if that solves the problem or not.

    Hi,

     

    The StartDE_Webserver was started with "Run as Administrator".

    The windows services is logged in with an administrator user.

    Hi,

    The Tomcat is unable to access the log directory due to permission error.  This was likely due to install being via some other account and the account you are logged in as does not have permissions.  Try this:

    Go to "C:\WEB\CA\WADEWebclient_R12_2"

    Right Click then Properties then security Tab

    Provide required rights to currently logged in user.
