    What happens if you download the oneclick.jnlp and start it at the command line, using

    javaws.exe -verbose oneclick.jnlp

    Also check what your OC client memory configuration is set to.  If it's too high and your machine isn't able to allocate enough memory, the window just disappears.

    You probably need to decrease the OC client memory allocation in the Administration page for OneClick.

    What error(s) are you seeing?  Have you tried clearing java cache?  Do you really need to use update 151 and can't stay with 181?  We haven't heard any overall complaints with 151 like we have with the bug in 202 and above so it's probably something local on your machines. Here's the info for 202 and above:

    That shows a heapsize of 4Gb which is too large.  Set it back down to 1 GB and it should launch.  Maybe try 2GB if you are using 64 bit jre.

    Cheers

    One method we've found to get around the Launch with Newer versions of Java is as follows -

    You need to get an extracted copy of the Java JRe required by One Click - Install it on some machine then copy the Java/jre1.8.0.NNN directory hierarchy to your system.

    Then create a .bat file with the following contents ( I am running 10.3 so needed 172.

    set PATH=C:\Java\jre1.8.0_172;%PATH%

    "C:\Java\jre1.8.0_172\bin\javaws.exe" https://Your_OneCLick_Name-Here:8443/spectrum/oneclick.jnlp

    You can use the XMING to launch the Spectrum Control Panel in the Linux environment.

    https://community.broadcom.com/enterprisesoftware/viewdocument/configuring-xming-and-putty-to-forw

    And you can stop and start the SpectroSERVER application via script located in $SPECROOT/bin/ directory:
    $ ./stopSS.pl
    $ ./startSS.pl

    Must be logged as Spectrum Install Owner account to run the scripts.
