I have installed Spectroserver and Oneclick on seperate VMs on Red hat

It used to be working  but i did not touch it for a while  but now the Oneclick does not seem to be working cannot get the gui up and running http://Ipaddress:8080/spectrum

I have checked the ArchMgr and Spectroserver on the MLS and those processes are working

On One Click the tomcat is working and the logs seems to be fine and ok

When run scp ( control panel) and run OneClick Administration There is a message saying the oneclick application on host xxxx has not responded to updates from the server(MLS) for a period of time .The application is either not responding or a network issues is preventing

    THERE IS NO NETWORK ISSUES

    Hi Daley,

It's really difficult to tell the cause without looking at data, however you may be able to resolve this with a simple restart to the Spectrum Tomcat process.

    Cheers!

I would suggest opening a ticket then so we can look into the logs.

    Cheers
