I have x 9 organization on CA Risk Authentication that do not have LDAP authentication enabled as yet.
To enable LDAP, I have to create x 9 new organizations to accomodate the configurations.
The current existing organizations do not allow one to edit and change the authentication method to LDAP.
This creates a lot of admin work as I will have a total of 18 organizations.
Why do I have 9 organizations?
- We deployed the solution across 9 countries excluding the home location.
- Each country has a different ruleset and configuration of the rules.
- They do however have analysts that use the admin console to work on cases
- At estimate each country has 12 analysts that use static account to login
Our frustrations come with analysts forgetting their passwords and having password reset queries.
