What version of SDM do you have installed?
ANS. 17.1
Do you see them within the ADMINISTRATION tab?
ANS. no , we are login servicedesk Administrator in the CA SDM but we are not able to see any incident area list, but if we open new request we are able to see /view all the request Area.
Do they have any special characters within their name?
ANS. No
