  • 1.  Incident Area information not showing in the incident management

    Hi 

    I have created couple of area in the incident /request/problem but when I am going to create new incident and trying to choose incident area but nothing is showing.

    i need suggestion how to see all the created area in the incident .I have check that request area is showing properly

    Is there Datapartition applied on the role?

    We dont have created any Datapartition in the SDM.

    Following  need to verify

    1.Did you check below boxes?

     

    2. Did you follow proper syntax to create the new categories?

    3. If there is administrator other than you might did some change, check In default data partition , Prob_category constraint for any restriction.

    Hi ,

    Yes we have enable incident , Problem and request but still we are not able to see from area. regarding Prob_category not able to edit from data partition controlled table.

    What version of SDM do you have installed?

    Do you see them within the ADMINISTRATION tab?

    Do they have any special characters within their name?

    ANS. 17.1

    Do you see them within the ADMINISTRATION tab?

    ANS. no , we are login servicedesk Administrator in the CA SDM but we are not able to see any incident area list, but if we open new request we are able to see /view all the request Area.

    Do they have any special characters within their name?

    ANS. No

    Would probably be easier to troubleshoot this issue via a Support Case and a WebEx session.

     

    Please open a Support Case and provide the Case # for reference.
