    I need to create some Catalog Service Offering to a new Area of a company that is already using Service Management Solution.

    The USS / Catalog access is through EEM that is connected to Active Directory but some users of this new area does not have an user in Active Directory and we cannot create an account for them.

    It is possible to configure another kind of USS authentication, like for example with facebook and make these users able to log into USS and access the Catalog Service Offerings?

    Hi,

    If you are using EEM with many Active Directories, you can installing another EEM and that EEM will be use local store to create the accounts you need and with that you can have users that not exist in the AD.
