Install folder for WebLogic Server Agent?

Where should I install WebLogic Server Agent?

An install of Agent document says that an agent target installation directory is 'the application server's root directory'.
I reckon that the directory is BEA HOME.

In this situation, when WLS has a several instances on the same box, you can see the same agent's name in the tree view of the investigator.
I don't think it's a good idea.
You expect that you see metrics under the different agent name if you run more than two instances of WLS on the same box.

Even if 'the application server' is regarded as a domain home, the situation is the same.
So I'm wondering if I can insatll an agent on a server directory which I set up a admin/managed server in my domain.

i.e.) C:\Oracle\Middleware10.3.2\user_projects\domains\myJMSPortalDomain\servers\AdminServer

I'm struggling the meaning of 'the application server's root directory' on ISCP Agent Installation manual.

Thank you for your kindness, in advance.
