PPM Essentials Accelerator does not install

Hi I am trying to install the PPM Essentials Accelerator to a clean install of Clarity and it gets stuck at the stage

- Initializing: pma.init...
SYS 2010-05-18 12:36:44,324 [main] niku.union Initializing: pma.init...

and sits there for hours. The only activitiy at this point is that Oracle CPU hits %99 and stays there.

My configuration is:

Redhat ES v4
Oracle Enterprise 10
Essetntials Accelerator v1.1.0.0002
CA Clarity version: 12.0.3.5164.

A previos post for MSSQL talks about a deadlock but in this case I have Oracle and that solutions does not apply.

Any ideas?

Thanks
