Monitoring .Net agents Connection status in Spectrum

    Hi all,

    Can some one please suggest the best way to monitor .Net agents connection status in Spectrum. Since the .Net agents go to sleep when there is no activity, it doesn't mean the .Net process is down. This causing agent disconnect alarms in spectrum.

    Can you please suggest how you are monitoring in your environment.
