Xogging a Program and its sub projects

Hi all.
I need to migrate forward a couple programs and their sub projects.

As per the docs:
Read Filters
To allow for outbound processing of programs, the XOG adds the isProgram filter to projects. This filter performs the following actions. When:
■ isProgram is commented out, all appropriate programs and projects are exported.

Easy enough, eh?

Here's my read:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<NikuDataBus xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xsi:noNamespaceSchemaLocation="../xsd/nikuxog_read.xsd">

<Header version="6.0.11" action="read" objectType="project" externalSource="NIKU">

<!-- you change the order by simply swap 1 and 2 number in the name attribute -->

<args name="order_by_1" value="name"/>

<args name="order_by_2" value="projectID"/>

<args name="include_tasks" value="true"/>

<args name="include_subprojects" value="true"/>

</Header>

<Query>
      <!-- The same filter that can be used with Projects can be used along with the Program filter -->
           <!-- <Filter name="isProgram" criteria="EQUALS">1</Filter> -->

   <Filter name="projectID" criteria="EQUALS">PRJ006385</Filter>

</Query>
</NikuDataBus>
Although the program and the sub project mappings are in the output, none of the sub projects are coming along with the program.

Am I incorrect in expecting the whole program and sub projects to xog out together? If not, what am I doing wrong?
