  • 1.  Mule JMX data not appearing in Introscope

We have Mule hooked up to Introscope, still we are not able to see the JMX data exported

    We did the following

    1) In IntroscopeAgent.profile set introscope.agent.jmx.enable to true.
    2) In IntroscopeAgent.profile, make sure the introscope.agent.jmx.name.filter property is uncommented and set the filter list to "*"
    3) In IntroscopeAgent.profile , uncomment introscope.agent.jmx.name.primarykeys
    4) Restart your application

How do we trouble shoot this issue ?

I am not completely sure if this relates to your situation, but we had to jump through an extra hoop to get JMX data in our enviroment.

In order to have the Introscope Agent access JMX in our WebSphere enviroment we needed to implement an extra authorization for the IS Agent.

Would you be willing to share? We've already tried the jmxusername, jmxpassword trick, but are still getting the same "com.ibm.websphere.security.auth.WSSubject.doAs" errors on startup. Any help would be appreciated.
