Upgrading SOA Security Manager Gateway to 12.1 SP3

Currently licensed SOA Security Manager customers who also have a license for the Gateway may wish to upgrade to the newly released SOA Security Manager 12.1 SP3. These customers will need to contact CA Support to get a copy of the 12.1 SP3 Gateway. Follow the instructions on pages 29-30 under the section titled "Upgrade an r12.1 Security Gateway. In addition, the following two items need to be completed in order for the new Gateway to run properly:

1. Contact CA Customer Care to obtain a new copy of the license file for the upgraded Gateway.
2. Contact CA Support to get the entities.xml file from the old Gateway environment upgraded to be compatible with the new Gateway. The entities.xml file needs to be run through a script that is not publicly available.
