I am excited to announce the beta release of MyCA with you this week. In addition to the community function you use here today, we have added a SUPPORT tab which contains all the Support function you use today in Support On-Line. I encourage you to start to use and provide feedback per the online community posted yesterday (see announcement below). Thanks, Jim

Use the New MyCA Features Today

Dear CA Clarity Global User Community Member,
Starting today, you can use the new MyCA beta features including:
• Updated MyCA home page, tool bar and Activities portlet
• New Support tab for all of your online support needs
• New Projects tab for Go Live with CA Technologies project management
• New Action Center to customize and drive your support related activities
Next Steps:
1. Access the MyCA beta features by logging into MyCA. You can log in using your CA Support Online userid and password. The new features perform best on Internet Explorer v7 or higher.
2. Watch the simulation videos, which include“how to” demonstrations for key support tasks and can be found in the MyCA Help Library, on the tool bar, or by clicking the information icons within the MyCA portlets.
3. Try out the new functions (sample list below:)
• Set up your My Products list using the Product Wizard
• Configure your product information by specifying your installed product release,
service pack and operating system
• Manage your cases
• Download a solution fix
• Download documentation
• Create your environment profile(s) to help expedite case resolution
• Manage your Go Live with CA Technologies projects
If you experience any issues with MyCA, please contact CA Customer Care or open a case in MyCA or CA Support Online with the product name “MyCA.”
Submit feedback or suggestions regarding MyCA Communities and the new support and project functions to the CA Online Feedback Community.
Please note that these are beta features. We are actively working to address issues so your feedback is important. CA Support Online (https://support.ca.com/) will continue to be available until further notice and your support information will be updated in both systems.
We appreciate you taking time to try the new beta features and look forward to receiving your feedback!
