IT Service Management

We recently completed a Services Inventory project to help identify all services we provide to our customers as well as resources associated with the services (labor, hardware, software, etc). We are now looking to implement services management as well as tracking service requests. We were looking to utilize the IT Service Management module within Clarity, but were not able to find a way associate all related costs or create a proper hierarchy for our services and sub-services. Has anyone utilized the Service module in this capacity? Any feedback would be helpful before we decide to go another route.

Thanks.
