Unable to access the application

Hi Everyone! I'm having problems in accessing the Clarity App we installed.

We recently migrated from 12.0 to 12.1. The installation of the new version went well and we didnt get any errors. However, whenever i try to access the application, i'm getting the HTTP 404 error while I can access the NSA. All services are also up.

I tried to stop start the tomcat. I also checked the app-system.log. We have this error:
SEVERE: Error initializing endpoint
java.net.BindException: Address already in use: JVM_Bind <null>:80

Is this error related to port conflicts? I actually dont know how to check that also. Anyway, you have any ideas how to resolve this?
