BO login eror from Clarity

Hi, I've an issue getting BO working with r12, I've been looking through the forum
and see others have had the same issue but I'm unsure on the solution.

If Itry to run a report form Clarity I get: RPT-0006:Invalid login. Contact system administrator.
The logs show:
ERROR 2011-10-19 16:09:55,653 [http-80-3] niku.reporting (admin:5056302__703507E7_1331CB4E51B_-8000:nmc.executeAvailReport)
com.crystaldecisions.sdk.exception.SDKException$TrustedPrincipalConfigError: There was an error reading the shared secret from trusted principal configuration file. (FWM 02045)

I have the same shared secret in the NSA and the CMS, and I seem to have the correct values in the NSA:

Vendor: Business Objects
Home Directory: /SC/CommonReporting
Service URL: http://<myservername>:8080/dswsbobje/services/session
CMS: <myservername>::6400
Web URL: http://<myservername>::8080
User: administrator
Database ID; niku

On the BO side, I can login to both Infoview and the CMS.

I don't actually have a "reports" service installed, I wasn't sure was this needed with BO.
When I try to run "nikuadmin install reports" I get error:
Oct 20, 2011 12:58:13 PM Error executing command: install reports
Target `reports' does not exist in this project.

So I'm unsure whether I haven't completed the process or whether it's some sort of user access issue.

Any help appreciated! I'll keep on investigating in the meantime...
