Clarity

Hey everyone,
We have decided to give all users view rights for all projects within Clarity. Eventually that list will become long and somewhat painful to sort through. Are you able to make a filter that can be shared for others to use? Just trying to make it easy on our upper management so they do not have to build their own filters if possible.

Currently, no, there is not share or publish functionality on Potlet filters. We do have an Idea out in Ideavision that we've piled sharing and publishing on to. If you feel this is functionality that would provide you value, please click 'Promote' and add any additional comments you wish.

As it sits right now, the approach we take is to simply log into the UIs of upper management and do the clicking. We build these for them then schedule a time to walk them through what's been built.

Not a very user friendly option, but if you express your filter as a POWER FILTER expression, then you can cut/paste that expression into other user's power filter expressions.
