GEL File Read Error

Hi All,
I have an interesting one. In Production, the identical code works. In our "test" system, the same code does not work.

I have a "file read" statement that works in Production every time. It isn't working in our "test" environment.

I’ve used “d:\psscripts\psfiles” and I get the following error: (note: This works in Production)
Error locating or reading file -- "org.apache.commons.jelly.JellyTagException: null:24:82: <file:readFile> d:\psscripts\psfiles\PS_Div_Cost_Center_20111026.txt (The system cannot find the path specified)"

When I change this to \\mslcclarity04\d$ I get the following error:
Error locating or reading file -- "org.apache.commons.jelly.JellyTagException: null:24:82: <file:readFile> \\mslcclarity04\d$\psscripts\psfiles\PS_Div_Cost_Center_20111026.txt (Access is denied)"

This is the part of the GEL script that "reads" the file:
<core:catch var="ex">
<file:readFile commentIndicator="#" delimiter=","
embedded="false" fileName="${PLocalDirectory}/${vFile}" var="input"/>
</core:catch>

Any ideas on what else to check on?
