PMBOK Accelerator portlets error

HI Friends,

We have installed PMBOK accelerator in our clarity12.1 environment. And we saw that it contains many portlets that came with its installation. But on trying to see these portlets in action, we are getting the error:

[color=#f70a0a]Error 500 - Internal Server Error. The server could not retrieve the document due to server-configuration or other technical problems. Contact your site administrator.[color]

Any tips for us?
