I think you would get the multiple concurrent signons under the same
userid (for autotasks) even if Multiple signons are NOT allowed.

QUEUE, GET QUEUE and DELETE QUEUE commands?

"No, you cannot manipulate queue records from CICS.
We recently faced the same issue where we needed to
write to an existing queue from CICS.

We implemented a new database record that was an
image of the queue record and wrote a little autotask
that reads the database record and writes it to the queue.
It then executes -

SET TIMER START
INTERVAL 600 SECONDS
TASK CODE 'CICSQ'
TIMER ID TMR-ID.

and puts itself on the ice chain to execute again in
10 minutes.
