Re:PRINT PAGE on a page number in hex

Discussion created by ca.portal.admin on May 23, 2005
Hi,

Does anyone have any suggestions for doing a PRINT PAGE with a page number in hex?

I am using the PRINT PAGE command to perform a quick look-up when I get deadlock messages in the log. But deadlock messages give the dbkey resource in hex whereas the PRINT PAGE command demands a decimal page number. I know that it is easy to do a quick hex to decimal calculation but I am searching for an even quicker solution.

This little program will list out all user authority changes (i.e. CATE
or SAPP) from the beginning of time. It could be changed to select
records ""since"" a certain date, which is what I have done (with another
module). The DateStamp conversion code has been cloned from JREPORT001.
