I think you meant to say that version 8.2 is correct. I just did the
math, and I came up with exactly the same answer that V8.2 came up with -
4,158.79 Mb.

simple math says 500K pages of 8K size = 4GB. I would suspect that
somewhere
a bit of code forgot to include 8K vs 4K pages in it's calculation.
