"We now have an answer.

CA is proposing a relink of the IDMSEXPL module, from looking at the
DISTLOAD, this might work to allow QO80675 to apply. For whatever
reason the CDMSPTCH is much shorter in the LOADLIBs then in the DISTLOAD
(we have no idea why this is the case).

I had to relink the module, reapply apars QO75097 QO75691 and apply apar
QO80675 to the new IDMSEXPL module.

Something to watch out for.
