Re:Lower-case in OCF

Discussion created by ca.portal.admin on Nov 21, 2006
When I enter an SQL command that contains lower-case characters
(example: WHERE LAST_NAME =3D 'Smith'), OCF converts the lower-case
characters to upper-case, and the query fails. BCF does not do this.

I have tried 'DCUF SET UPLOW', and also setting the case in a user
profile, but it has no effect on OCF. Has anyone else had this problem?

"Kay,

My OCF session doesn't do that to me. Until you get a definitive answer
to that problem have you considered WHERE upper(LAST_NAME) = 'SMITH' ?
