Hi Colette,

There is no owner pointer in the CALC set.

The next and prior db keys seem to be fine, but the owner pointer
seems to point to the wrong owner. I can see the next and prior
pointers in the record, but cannot find the owner pointer. Can
someone tell me where to look for the CALC chain owner pointer for a
record, so I can fix it to point to the correct owner?

TIA
Colette

Advertising on the LIST
"Folks,

It is a violation of the IDMS LISTSERV Rules and Etiquette to advertise job openings, situations wanted or products. I have noticed 2 instances in the past week. In the future, all postings of these types will result in a 30 day suspension of posting privileges as per the ListServ rules.

CA-World topics / speakers.
"The IUA has been involved in the IDMS track at CA-World since the first
CA-World.
And 2008 is no different.

As 2008 has just begun, (and a Happy New Year to you all) the IDMS Track
CA-World planning committee thought it's time to start collating topics
and speakers.

What topics would you or your colleagues like to see at CA-World this
year?

- Have you thought of a hot topic?
- A subject not heard about for a while?
- A good training idea?
- A basic technical subject with new ideas?
- Is there Someone you'd like to see speak at a CA-World session?
- Maybe there's a technical speaker you'd like to see, or maybe a
management guru?

If so, we'll listen to you and we (the IDMS Planning committee) will
find someone knowledgeable to speak on the subject.

- Or perhaps you have a subject on which YOU could speak for an hour?
It could be technical, it could be what you are doing at an IDMS site or
what you have noticed about IDMS somewhere.

If any of the above is true, please visit the CA-World website
(http://www.caworld.com) and complete a ""Call for speakers"" form whether
you simply want to suggest a topic for CA-World or whether you think you
could talk to others about a topic. If you have any opinion at all, then
please fill in the form especially the ""Subject"" and a brief ""Abstract"".

https://www.ca.com/us/Register/form.aspx?CID=139640

NOTE: The ""Call for speakers"" form is for you to request a topic or a
speaker and not simply to volunteer to speak

We need input to plan for a better IDMS track.

Re: CA-World topics / speakers.
"One of our local IDMS users has just signed up on the IDMS PLC and tried
to register for IDMS-L both through the User Group site and through
listserv - they get the following message:

Sorry, the IDMS-L list is closed. Contact the list owner
(IDMS-L-request@LISTSERV.IUASSN.COM) for more information.

Is IDMS-L ""down""?

TIA - cheers - Gary
