question

the PROG-xx information is correct ONLY if the dialog was generated in
production - if a dialog load module was copied from ""somehwhere else"" -
there will be no correlation between the dictionary contents and the
load module contents

Re: Questions about CA-IDMS Server 16.1 new features
"Dave Hearn from CA provided the answers to these questions:

""The metadata support does indeed require explicitly defining the
foreign keys in the schema for network records. As I understand it (not
being an SQL expert), this also gives you the ability to handle set
relationships as referential constraints, so that normal SQL can be used
instead of requiring IDMS extensions. I would guess that this would
also cut down on the need for table procedures in some instances. I
recall that Dave Ross gave a ""modernization"" webcast a couple of months
ago that covered some of this. If you didn't see it, I'm pretty sure it
was recorded and could be found on supportconnect.

CAICCI 2.1 does not require AT-TLS, since it has the SSL support built
in. The IDMS Server r16.1 guide lists the prerequisites for this (which
I can't recall even though I wrote the documentation!).""
