The last couple of days I have been receiving the following from CA
Support Online:

The iView has timed out. There is no cached content to display. Click
'Reload' to retrieve updated content. You may need to wait for the cache
to retrieve the content from the source.

Clearing cookies/files resolves issue.

Anyone else been receiving the above?

Have the operator issue a reply as follows:

R,oo ppY

Where oo = reply number from OS
pp = reply number assigned to the program by IDMS
Y = your ""yes"" reply.

At least this is how I remember it when I did it last.
