Noting that in our test system we use ADSALIVE, DMLO, OLQ, all the online compilers and so forth - the ONLY Queue that we have in our test CV that starts with an ""O"" is the following:

IDMS DC256004 V1 T2988 OLQQNOTE OLQTNOTE 0000000 00.000 001 000 KEPT L

I would suggest that there is a naming protocol within a set of programs that uses the ""O""+UserId to create a unique queue name for passing data for each individual user between Tasks and, more importantly, between User sessions and IDMS startup and shutdown cycles.
