Copy Image of Security Definitions

We have a need to copy all security definitions (Activities, Resource
Categories, etc.) from one CV to another, without overlaying the
security definitions that are already contained in the CV that we are
copying to. Has anyone else had a need to do this, and if so, what
steps were taken to accomplish it?

Thanks in Advance,

We handle deletes a different way . . .

It seems to me there would be a ""hole"" as far as ""revoked""
authorizations, but I'm not sure we've ever revoked a user's security .
