When a program suddenly starts grabbing lots of RLE's the first thing we lo=
ok for is a ""storage grabber"" - such as a long running (usually batch) prog=
ram with no COMMIT policy - it keeps grabbing more storage for ""lock table =
entries"". If you have lots of storage I'd expect to see RLE's being chewed=
up - with less storage you might expect to go SOS before blowing RLE's ?
