you only need to test the programs that you want to work correctly

new ca support application
"the changes i have seen so far (both of which i do not like)

1) having to click to get a logon screen - since everyone (i think) has to
sign on - why make the go thru an extra step? just have the sign on
available on the entry screen
2) the hunt for knowledge base search - since CA (presumable) wants the
user to research a problem before opening an incident - one would think
that the search facility should be the most prominent feature on the
selection panel - not hidden like the door behind the bookshelf in a bad
horror film .....

Re: [IDMSVENDOR-L] Knowledge base search
"I too was confused with the new layout(confusing me isn't hard to do). I
opened a ticket with support and they suggested using the Search box in
the upper right corner. Problem was I had already tried that. The
Search box would bring up totally unrelated information. They're still
trying to figure out what's happening.

That is an excellent question. I tried using it on Tuesday and gave up.
That which used to be strait forward, now seems to be a hidden feature.
