    DC410004

DC410004 DNS Bind Request Unit Failure, status is: <error-status>
Reason: The Bind Request Unit has failed, possibly because the target DC system is not
active, or it was rejected by the UCF line during signon. This message is issued only
when using the SVC access method.
    Module: RHDCNI3S

Sorry I do not know what this part means (or where to find what RC -41 means.)
This message is issued only when using the SVC access method.

    1469
    ---
    14 on a BIND
    ---
69 69 A BIND RUN-UNIT may not have been issued; the CV may be inactive or not accepting new run units; or the connection with the
CV may have been broken due to time out or other factors. When combined with a major code of 00, this code means the program
has been disconnected from the DBMS.

    Re: IDMS error
"An xx65 error indicates an error reading the database page. It was not
the page requested. Usually it is a matter of the page characteristics
not matching the DMCL. Has an XPAGE or Unload/Reload been run recently?
Are you sure you have the current copy of the DMCL or that you are
pointing at the right DMCL? If you are using DD statements in your JCL,
are you pointing to the right datasets?

This are the things I would check.
